Igalia Shirt Designs

We recently finished a project from Igalia, an open source consultancy specialized in the development of innovative projects and solutions with desktop, mobile, and web technologies based in Galicia, Spain. We are commissioned to design and illustrate a tshirt design. The brief is to play around with their logo, using its elements to derive a design or an image and combine it with elements from either a wild boar or an octopus (since they are very typical in Galicia and also to bring in ethical values and being close to people and the environment). Here is the result of the fun project for them:

This is the design that they have selected (we did several colorways for this) which is derived from the octopus tentacles element combining it to their logo

A design that is derived from the de-construction of their logo thus forming a sort of castle

A robot inspired design derived from elements of their logo

A man which has a usb socket on its neck....too techy!

Ganso-Shabuway @ Greenbelt 5

We finally had the chance to go to Greenbelt 5 on a weekday. So we took the chance to try out Ganso-Shabuway located on the 2nd floor of GBelt 5. The meat selection is limited but it was superb. You should upgrade your vegetables to set B (set A is super boring while set B is boring) but still we feel like rabbits eating too many cabbage. The broth is bland (since we are used to the broth by Healthy Shabu-Shabu). Overall its OK but a little bit pricey, but if you are looking for the fullness after eating in a shabu-shabu resto, then this is not the place to be :)
